It started off promisingly enough, a better than normal sleep, but knew I'd suffer for it later and I am
Managing of my "condition" require some more thought, almost at my wits end with it all tbh :-( Another showery day, mostly dull, but it's been so mild weather wise.
Another lazy day, not much done, hey ho, will get round to it all somewhen.
