Finally

got my running shoes out today after soooo long...
A shuffle (can't even call it a jog) around the ponds, no records broken but am pleased with myself for getting the shoes laced up again.

I had a lovely day in Rotterdam yesterday with S and her lovely babies, now that I know how easy it is to get there I really must go again. It looks a really nice place (& the Turkish food a surprise hit).
