Eyes down day 2!

Another busy day has achieved the first panel on the side of my quilt. The other side is prepared ready for attachment.
 
The plan is to attach all 4 sides, then prepare the section which will be attached below the turquoise blue strip. It is going to be more difficult to work as the added sections make it heavier.
 
It all easier to say than to do!!
 
A number of ladies have asked me about the pattern for this quilt. Well, no pattern (apart from the design of the blocks of the top), I’m making this up as I go along!!
 
It’s my memory quilt. I will explain some of the significances as we go along.
