Vanessa

Up early and walked juno up hill with company.

Back home and drove to creag meagaidh to drop eco son off as he has a week of grazing animal control.

I headed a wee bit further west to bag a 2000ft hill. Very wet under foot with bog and tussocks.

Bumped in a group of 10 stags fleeing a wooded area as they ran from me to a broken gate. Fixed the gate on way back as best I could.

Reached the top with a slightly lower cylinderic trig point. The high hills appeared fleetingly through the fast moving cloud. Bumped into a young man from spean, who was equally surprised to meet a person on the hill. Good chat and he had 2 hazel poles to assist his asset, he works for the forestry so passed on news on broken gate.

Down and back to car and a wee walk with eco son through the ancient alders and round the various buildings.

Said our farewell and I headed south .

Home and chill.
