In The City (IV) [After Dark]

Being watched by a drunken man.


Went to watch a film in Manchester tonight.
Left the cinema at around 8.15pm to be surprised by the almost twilight colour in the sky. I've not been in the city centre for a long time when it's started to go dark so early. Cities are beguiling places at night. Light and shadow in all different places.

A few (100+) experimental shots with the camera that I won't go into for fear of waffling on even more than I already am doing.

So....this.
This is the kind of photo I should be more careful about taking....spotted a solitary staggering gent, drinking from the can in his hand.....so I decided to take a photo of him. Which is why he's looking directly at me.
What? Photographing someone drinking on their own in a city centre at night? What could possibly have gone wrong?
I made a sharp exit after this photo.
The chap in question sharply exited across the tram tracks and played football with something that someone had dropped on the floor. It might even have been a football.
