Avenida Corrientes y la 9 de Julio

We have been trying to draw comparisons between different parts of Buenos Aires and other cities we have been to. We decided Palermo is Greenwich Village in NYC and Avenida Corrientes is Times Square! It has several theatres with big show billboards, lights and librerias, and it intersects the huge Avenida 9 de Julio right at the Obelisco. Simply beautiful in its own right!
