Watching me watching you

Walked around Kaka'ako this afternoon - as many others were also doing - checking out the art works newly painted on walls in the area for POW WOW Hawaii 2017.  This is a smaller one tucked up high and easy to overlook.   I'm glad I caught it, looks even better on the computer. 
I was delighted to see some works from previous years were still up and looking good.   But, that's for another day  . . .
