Makarora River

Drove to the Haast Pass with the walking group and set off on the Bridle Track, a track that was the only access to the West Coast until they built the road in comparatively recent times. Fairly tough climb through beautiful forest with waterfalls. It was Acyclinggranny's birthday today - see extra. A happy day was had by all.
