Back in the kitchen!

The Indian bhaji burgers were a no go as they involved a deep fat fryer I don't possess sorry Math1e So this evening I tried the samosa burger. Yummy scrummy apart from the teeny, weeny, problem of them falling apart when I tried to get them off the parchment paper.

Despite that slight hitch they tasted amazing, so it's back to the drawing board tomorrow in the hope of getting them right. Meanwhile it looks like I've curried mash for lunch tomorrow!
