Apothecaries

The livery companies of the City of London have headquarters or halls scattered around the City. They are usually rather grand (sometimes old) buildings. I thought I would start a series showing the various coats of arms that are displayed on the halls. 
The Apothercaries' Hall is on Black Friars Lane.  Their motto is "Opiferque Per Orbem Dicor", a part-quotation from Ovid referring to Apollo, meaning: "and throughout the world I am called the bringer of help".
