Coming up.

Well it may have been a warm day as predicted but it has drizzled all afternoon. I was in the garden this morning as I spotted from the kitchen window that things were coming up in the big blue pot. We bought it in the autumn as Chris had some Imperial Fritillaries he wanted to plant. We chose some dwarf daffs and tulips to over plant them with.
Last time I looked there were just short green shoots visible from the window but as you can see there are flower heads on the daffs. You can also see the early crocus flowering well in the background. The snowdrops are fully out too.

We have been back to IKEA to buy our piece of furniture, big mistake - half term and very busy! We still managed to get in the cafe as well as make our purchase. Whilst there Chris mentioned he wanted to go to M&S soon for a couple of pairs of shoes. As it is the last day for 20% off we headed straight there and saved £20. Not as busy thankfully as IKEA. I'm surprised how much it seems to be a leisure activity for many people.
