Centre of Eastbourne looking less than attractive.

It is undergoing a big revamp, bringing in, amongst other things, a multiscreen cinema. I wonder if the boarded up shops such as the Wimpy Bar and a little souvenir shop will survive, especially if rents go up, as I expect they will.
