Choices in Rouken Glen Park

Take the high road where the path was relatively dry or take the low road where the path was very muddy .. a big decision indeed!  When I was a guide we often went on a penny hike up at Catkin Braes.. When we reached a fork in a path our captain tossed a penny .... heads we went right and tails we went left .... eventually ending up with a campfire and toasted marshmallows.

The extra shot is a bit odd .... I have no idea what I did to get that rather interesting shot of the waterfall on the Auldhouse Burn but that's how the photo came out of the camera and none of the picture effects looks anything like that!
