Skiing

First time skiing this year. Fetched our skis from the long overdue maintenance and went up to Parsenn. Adopted P.'s "unloved" orange trousers so she could see me from far away. They are mine now. Wonderful snow, sun and not crowded at all. At home only at 5pm. Bubbles to celebrate that we are back on alpine skiing.

Spelt-Otto (instead of risotto) with oven vegetables (a mix of leek, sweet potatoes, red and yellow peppers) for dinner. A "rare" Pinot Noir called "Urner Föhn" from Uri (my home canton). Rare because I think there is one wine maker who dares to produce wine.
