Marmalade

Feeling a bit flat today.  I can only put it down to some delayed post holiday blues!  I'm battling with a cough and sore throat too which is a bit tiresome.  Here's a rather rushed blip of some marmalade I made over the weekend.  I bought the Seville oranges in January but didn't have time to make marmalade at the time so froze the oranges.  There are enough left to make another batch in the summer sometime.
