Feeding

The wild red deer. part of husbands new job  managing the deer is to feed them on two estates that neighbour each other. We scatter the feed at certain points going up the track to the top of the hill. We only need to feed them every two days. This should help the hinds coming into calving and the stags to put weight back on. This is the first day so a suspicious few appeared including this hind. I foresee a lot of deer Blips!! It's so special to have the wild graceful animals coming up to you and the pick up as you scatter their food for them.
