Awards

We've had a lovely productive day today. After dropping P at school me and A went for a swim. He is such a water baby and did amazingly well. He's now swimming with the noodle very confidently and was even jumping in off the side with it, not needing me to catch him.

It's been such an unseasonably warm day that it was a shame to stay inside so after lunch I took A out the front with his ride on Thomas and he played happily whilst I cleaned out my car. It was a tip! I found things in there that haven't seen the light of day for months, eugh! We then had just enough time for a quick spin around the block on A's balance bike before heading back to school.

P was awarded her 5 meter swimming badge yesterday at her lesson. We went back today to collect her certificate and badge. She was made up. Unlike my water baby, P is still not overly fond of water or swimming and for her to get this award has been such a huge achievement. I'm so incredibly proud of her.
