bumper harvest

When I posted this yesterday I thought of all the good words to go with it, and now having to repost it I cant remember what I said. Pain how that happens.
But the short story is that this is the lime juice our neighbours kindly processed for us , our machine having spit the dummy. They squeezed 8 litres for us , !
Lime syrup, - sugar and a long slow simmer. Great as a cold or hot drink, works on the porridge or the cereal. Or you can process your limes like this
