Wet swimming gear ......

...... and a reward of ......
a new book, it's a psychological thriller. I'm sure I will enjoy the intrigue and twists and turns promised!! I've not read anything by this author before . I think it's good to read a mixture, even tho' I still have favourite authors .
I did my usual 50 minutes in the pool ( 62 lengths of the sm. Pool )!! I felt pretty rotten last night as my B. P. plummeted ! Yes really after it being so high!! ) so I wasn't sure I'd be able to swim , but there you go ---- I did it!

Thankful ..... I was able to swim, but will feel better when I know the " travelers " are safe!
