Touch of spring

These are a gift from one of the lunching ladies today.

We had pancakes a week early as my friend who is hosting next week panicked at the thought of making pancakes for 7.  I have just cleared up the mess on my cooker after making 15 with 2 frying pans (yes one person opted for 3), and no I didn't toss them or I might have been cleaning the ceiling or floor as well!
