Blustery Day

Day off and I have a further two days off this week :-)
Using up any annual leave before the end of March :-)
No long lie, however, as I had booked my car in for its first M.O.T. at 8.30am.
Glad to say it passed and we had it back by 9.45am.
Took Beachcomber's car for a change and headed south to Carskey Beach for a walk.
Dark clouds were looming on the horizon and the rain wasn't far away.
Towards the far end there were Ringed Plovers amongst the pebbles and sand. Out to sea we noticed the first Gannets we have seen for a good while. Hopefully this is them coming back in from being out at sea through the winter.
On the way back to the car the rain started.
This afternoon I had a relaxing time painting :-)
