Raclette au Feu
I don't know if that's correct grammer, but google translate thinks so.
Yesterday I found some raclette cheese at a stall in Winchester. I love this stuff when we go to France and I didn't even think you could get it in the UK so I couldn't pass up the opportunity!
I made a fire in the chiminea and propped the raclette in front of the opening. It wasn't as easy as using a raclette iron but it actually worked pretty well. It melted onto the plate below and then scooped it up to go with the potatoes, meat and bread! Nice.
In the evening Arran and I went to see Gibson in Alton for a night of Counter Strike. Nice.
