Minesweeper

Took Hannah up to the physio in Montrose again and since she is normally in for about half an hour I nipped along to the beachfront to take a few photos. When I got there I realised she'd dropped her phone in the car so I just stayed for a short while to take a couple of photos thinking I'd be able to sit and read my book in the Health centre car park and be there when she got out.
It turned out that she was already waiting outside after being told by the physio that the steroid injection she had last time seemed to be working so she was being signed off the physio service unless her shoulder started bothering her more again.
