Tulips

Today Waitrose got my shopping order wrong. So when I phoned to complain within 40 minutes they had delivered the correct ham (unbreaded) and a bunch of tulips to say sorry for getting it wrong. You can't get better service than that,

Just to explain I can't have breaded ham in the fridge as Ollie is coeliac and therefore can't eat it. When I explained this to the lady In Waitrose she was brilliant at getting it sorted and quickly.
