LOCK DOWN

I had a quick look at the lock between Hartlepool Marina and the sea which has been drained for maintenance and repairs. Apparently, it's the first time for 20 years that it's been empty. It looks relatively clean now, but I dread to think what emerged when they first pumped the water out. They say it'll be all done by next week.
