Love Your Pet Day

My Monday was rather boring, with grey weather and only basic walkies. Mum went to run errands and I thought well, I might just as well catch up on my snoozing.

But then, my best friend Dolly sent a message telling me today was Love you pet day! In the UK, but we are nearly English, so it must apply to us, right? I made sure my mum was alerted to this fact while she was still at the grocery store.

She came back with something I haven't had since I was a puppy - liver! Yay!!! She made me a Surf and Turf dish for dinner: Butter-seared liver topped with crayfish. Awesome!! I also got extra cuddles and playtime. It's important to observe holidays!
