A morning coffee
1. Put the kettle on.
2. Clean out the forgotten coffee grounds on the pot and refill. Preferrably with Peets coffee from "bayside San Francisco" for extra cachet.
3. Put 1/3 cup milk in heat proof jug, microwave for 50 secs.
4. Peek into the coffee pot to see the coffee bubbling into the top chamber.
5. Using the two handed scout firestarting method, twirl a small balloon whisk in the
scalded milk until it becomes light and frothy.
6. Remember to turn off the gas once the coffee is ready in the espresso pot.
7. Into a favourite mug, bought in Aberdeen 25 years ago, pour half way up the thick strong coffee, a touch of boiling water and top with milky froth.
8. My answer to a cafe latte!
9. Sit a moment,..... and drink.
