I was a guinea pig for Steve today on one of the treadmills. EXOS are trying to sell a software package to the gym, and I was demonstrating it. I did a max test and they monitored rate of perceived exertion. I then did a threshold session based on my test results, and it seemed to be pretty accurate! Handed in the poster ready for tomorrows' presentations
