Stormy Weather

I woke up this morning and Doris was huffing and puffing outside.  I took a few pics of the bamboo to try and catch the wind (I could have waited till we went out and had to step over the fallen branches and duck the loose tiles on the Laughing Buddha).

We took our new aquisition for a short test drive (we felt we ought to change our car as our current Note was a demonised diesel, the new Note is petrol, with very low emmisions).

After lunch Ann braved the weather and walked into Stratford,  I followed later and met her in Nero.  I bought a vinyl in the Blue Cross shop, Presley classics, then we shopped for the next few meals in Morrison's. 

The rain started once we were home and I noticed the Doris had knocked over the bamboo (see extra) it had been buffering earlier.   Ann says we have another pot it can be transferred into, once the storm calmed a little.
