It's not pancake day!

We had an early start with Ella at 6 am. Storm Doris didn't appear here but we had rain blattering down all day. Typical, when we had the children, we couldn't take them out to play. We went for a long swim, - they were ravenous when we got back - they both had a jam sandwich and a banana. ThenElla said it was AGES since we'd made pancakes. She could remember all the ingredients. Nathaniel played with the Lidl train set, then we all ate the pancakes, though Ella said I had to keep one each for Mummy and Daddy, who are off to a swanky hotel and a meal at Raby Hunt. We gave Daddy a voucher at Christmas, as did his mum, so they'll have enough to have a taster menu and wines.

Let's hope it is fair tomorrow as I'm sick of playing hide and seek in the house!
