Abstract Tuesday - Carnival

Fasching is celebrated in Austria and Germany from 11th November until Ash Wednesday. It is called the närrische Sesson or  the crazy season. Restaurants, hotels, shops and homes are decorated with colourful decorations, steamers and confetti and many masked or costume balls are held. Fasching Dienstag (Shrove Tuesday) is a semi holiday in the afternoon where many cities put on parades and street theatre performances. 
These streamers have been converted to mono for the Mono Monthly Challenge but I have added an extra in colour.
