FOD Walk

In aviation, there are such things as FOD, or foreign object debris and foreign object damage. The debris naturally leads to the damage. In this particular case, the failure occurred while the aircraft was in flight. I can't imagine that it's much fun being the pilot when the shit quite literally hits the fan! This is the high pressure turbine.
