Apprentice graduation

I start my new job on Monday. Part of it is looking after the Apprentice programme.
Today I attended the 2016 apprentices graduation day. It was great to hear them all talk about what they have achieved in their 18 months at Microsoft. Some of the things they have done are amazing especially considering some of them were only 16 when they joined us.
we were even treated to a magic tricks.
