Sheepy grape juice

It's Friday so its another alcohol blip. Sorry about that.
Busy day again. Went for a walk with my friend Lisa this morning and took gonzo. Finally found a way to tire him out as he's not had a long walk in ages.
I then dived down to Irvine for a quick mooch about the shops. Got a new pair of boots at a complete bargain price.
Then headed up to see my friend Emma to meet her new baby and play with her other daughter. Both are lovely girls and it was great to catch up with Emma.
Get to see the husband tonight as he's taking a break from doing overtime at home.
Been watching some of the Paralympics and just watched Hannah Cockcroft get gold. Amazing.
Better see if Sheepy grape juice enhances my knitting.
