Re-cycling?

I am very lucky where I live. Go one way and you're on the coast, go the other way and you can be surrounded by some stunning countryside.

Very close to my house is an inlet of water...not sure exactly what it is but it is referred to locally as Portsea Creek. It's a lovely stretch of water, part tidal and part pond. However, some people obviously cannot see the beauty and for some reason consider it as the local tipping ground for household waste such as toasters, fridges, tv's, traffic cones, the obligatory shopping trolley and in this case a cycle. What seems to have eluded the idiots who dump their rubbish here is that Portsmouth City Council offer a free collection service and the recycling rubbish tip is less than a mile away!
