Just to say thanks

Decided not to go for a run tonight. The late nights sorting stuff out and the runs I have done this week have left me knackered. Left early and managed to get the cylinders filled ready for Sunday’s dive before getting back to walk Kilda. One of the guys from work broke his Achilles tendon a while ago and I have been taking him to work and back occasionally. Now his cast is finally off (12 weeks later) he can drive. Brought me in this bottle of whisky to say thanks. Much appreciated but he didn’t need to. Going out to meet up with RD and FM tonight after they have had a crap week away.
