Freezing

When you leave really early in the morning and then you run out of scoosher and have to stop and buy some and you walk across ice to get and then can't get the top off and have to ask a van of three workmen to help you.
On the upside one of the guys spotted my situation and was out the van and on his way over to rescue the situation.
