George and Fran came to stay

It's just so lovely to see my G-boy and his gf Fran. They nearly missed the train from Devon though due to traffic problems - which caused a mild panic attack (mine). A single ticket for the next train would have cost £113.50 each. Not coming up would have cost the lost train ticket plus the cost of the theatre tickets they have already bought for Phantom in Leeds on Monday.

It was a hairy few minutes until they sent a text to say that they'd made it.

Just feeding them homemade lasagne and my special garlic bread in front of Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
