Between Snows

The snow is nearly all melted now. The blip shows the strip of old snow down there  between the front deck (left)  and the ramp (right) on the front of the house. It has a good layer of unmelted snow. Reminds me of a glacier. Those are leaves on it, not little dead animals.
It is quite a shock to see what everything looks like with the snow cover gone... the raking and cleaning up jobs removing old grass, etc. are overwhelming right now.
However, the snow is predicted to return next week. For the past few days it has reached 65º to over 71º... record change. It is more of the Change!
It helps me observe the changes in the garden and not focus on the massive changes daily being done by the man with the small hands wielding a big pen. 
Erratic is the word of the week for me.
