Clustering ideas

My two-day Strategic Planning training was just 7 students and two trainers. it was wonderful to have a small group and such experienced and dedicated trainers.

Here a student is leading the process of clustering brainstormed ideas into 9 different "bins". Later the bins were named and realigned by similar intent to describe a common Strategic direction.

This low tech process of utilizing sticky notes and being able to move ideas and groups of ideas around was very effective in creative problem solving and building consensus within the group.
