The Canterbury Plains
That's a very big sky accentuate by wide angle. I'm looking across the plains to the mountains I love and are missing. They'll return once I have this phase of my life settled. Settled where? Well I don't have an answer to that yet.
Any hoo, it's been an interesting old day thinking about the conditional sale on my place and what the buyers are asking, and thinking about my next step.
There are lots of steps, the big ones chopped into mini ones to keep the process going and to prevent me being overwhelmed.
In the midst of all that I caught up with friends I haven't seen for ages. Their wisdom was helpful.
Now I have family stuff to attend to and then whatever I need to do to look after myself. Feeding and watering would be a good start.
My mate Tom shared one of his awesome home brewed beers with me today. But that's a story for another day.
