The Lozarithm Lens

Devizes (Friday 24th February 2017)

In the morning, a young medlar was planted in the garden and I was given a medlar fruit by R. the gardener to have with my lunch, which I much enjoyed.
In the afternoon I drove to Devizes and bought (amongst other things) a water butt tap from B&Q to fit to a former green-waste bin that I have converted to a water butt.
I was therefore close to the Kennet and Avon, in the Northfields area of Devizes, so inevitably found myself exploring a canalside path that leads up to the Hour Glass pub (and a Marina just beyond that I wasn't allowed in). The pictures I took revisited subjects that I have covered so many times before that I dared not blip them again, so I have put into Extras instead a placid cat, some cherry blossom and the obligatary solitary and beautiful swan.
My blip also shows some seasonal blossom but as part of the landscape, as the sun fired beams of light across the canal. I've probably chosen the wrong one to blip again.
