Bottoms up!

Snow melt and further rain has meant a surprising rise in the river - it was high yesterday but surprisingly high today.  The ducks are feeding on ground that would have been above water yesterday. Had a good blether with a nice old guy who was cycling the WoL about Kingfisher sightings and photographic opportunities missed. 

Went for a run.  Reverted to my old "usual" run over Salisbury Crags and Piper's Walk.  Garmin have "updated" their web interface and I lost my patience with it trying to find out how I'd done compared to previous runs.  I THINK   it was good at 53 mins.
