Rain spattered lily

Drizzle and light showers today, which means we still won't need to water the garden.  This afternoon I took my compact camera along to the Botanic Gardens but left it in the car as it was raining quite hard when we arrived.  So these shots were taken with my cell phone.  A good opportunity to test it out, as I've not yet mastered how to control the settings.  

The lily was one of very few remaining.  Most plants had finished flowering.  I liked the curve of branches in the 'extra', but was unable to select a clean background.  The pond usually looks better on a dull day.
