The Beach

The sun came out, we went to Maenporth. On the beach for 10:30 which is pretty impressive as I was still in bed at 9 o'clock. The lovely Claire Claire joined us with Josh and Friend. The kids all played, we ate our picnic and Claire told me all about here recent American adventure. Left at four, Muckies for tea put Lily and Red to bed.

Struck a deal on the beach with Bella that if she played nicely and looked after Lily and Red she could stay up late, watch a film and eat chocolate. She was a star, so we watched High School Musical, ate cheese and biscuits, watched QI and ate chocolate. As Ice Cube once said 'it was a good day'.
