However, I doubt it will be. This is my way to work and back, just a minute from home, and the road beyond the canal bridge is an exponential uphill on the way back from work, which is a proper chore with rush hour traffic bearing down on you. Hence why it'd be ace if it was closed to traffic for ever! He said selfishly...
