In The Most Unlikely Places

In a tree outside our local grocery store is this small, wooden Virgen de Guadalupe. These are usually dedicated to someone who has passed on, and can often be found along the roadside. The "ita" label normally signifies someone young and with an "a" ending, female. Only the originator knows for sure what the real story is, but it is on display for all who look up to see.
