The Beautiful Botanics

Mike picked up his railway tickets ready for his next trip, a quick shop in M&S and then we made our way to the Inverness Botanics. A few plants were in bloom outside, snowdrops,mini daffs, iris and primulas but the inside is where we found the most colour and luckily my camera lens and glasses did nt steam up.Beautiful large heads of the Amaryllis, pretty orchids and pitcher plants were attractively displayed.
The rain started on our journey home and it's windy with snow forecast for later, sun for tomorrow :)))
