The difference...

... a day and some rain can make. The start of the Loop section of the Dart was 'lapping the slab' which meant there were lots of whitewater kayakers and canoeists out making the most of some decent levels.

Three beautiful things:
Another day paddling and making the most of all that is on our doorstep! Great coaching meant that I didn't give up and overall a successful day with a great run of the Loop in particular.

Hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows!

A hot bath and lots of bubbles.

One thing to be grateful for:
