What best sums up today's football match than one of the many pictures of our girls being pushed, tripped, nudged and barged. Hopefully this team will go up a league next year so they can get their backsides whipped by the bigger teams.

In other news, my sister has arrived in America and seems to be ok. We shall have to wait and see what happens.
